《水产品加工工艺学》双语课程的调查研究

Investigation and Analysis of Bilingual Teaching Used in “Technology for Aquatic Product Processing”

  • 摘要: 随着本科生教育国际化的发展,高校教育模式也发生了很大的改变。为了解学生对于双语课程的接受能力,以及学生对双语课程的意见及建议,教学团队对食品科学与工程专业的学生就《水产品加工工艺学》双语课程的教学效果等进行了问卷调查,通过研究与分析,凝练出一定的教学经验。同时也根据教学现状提出了一些建议,以期为今后双语课程的有效开展提供了理论指导依据。

     

    Abstract: With development of globalization of higher education,great changes have taken place in the model for undergraduate education.To understand receptivity of students about bilingual courses and students′ views and suggestions on bilingual courses,the teaching team conducted a questionnaire survey on students majoring in food science and engineering about the bilingual course of Technology of Aquatic Product Processing.Through the research and analysis of the questionnaire,some experience in teaching were gained.Meanwhile,some suggestions were made based on the current situation of teaching,which could provide theoretical and practical basis for effective development of bilingual courses in the future.
