Abstract: In view of current low utilization rate of manure slurry pollution，poor treatment effect and serious waste of resources，combined with characteristics of easy pumping and good compactness of manure slurry，method of collecting manure from livestock and poultry and treatment methods for different application scenarios were introduced，and process characteristics of manure treatment were analyzed.Organic matter produced by synergistic fermentation of various microorganisms after wastewater was subjected to anaerobic treatment，number of germs decreased significantly，that could prevent and control many diseases and insect pests in crops，compared with pesticides，it had advantages of low price and no resistance，and it could also play a role in improving soil，could be an ideal substitute for pesticides.
