斜管中异质固体颗粒运动规律实时观测

Real-time Observation of Heterogeneous Particles’Movement Law on Incline Tube

  • 摘要: 为实现对斜管中陶瓷球与生物质半焦两种异质固体颗粒运动规律的实时观测,设计了一套倾斜角度45°的斜管试验装置,运用荧光示踪法和PIV技术对管径60 mm的斜管中粒径2 mm的陶瓷球颗粒和生物质半焦颗粒在3种不同质量比例(10∶1、30∶1和50∶1)、同一位置截面(X=690 mm)颗粒轴向时均速度分布特性进行了实时观测。试验结果表明,两种异质固体颗粒主要分布在管道中心平面以下,此位置的陶瓷球速度远大于生物质半焦颗粒的速度;管道中心轴线以上,陶瓷球颗粒数目急剧减少,而生物质半焦颗粒也大多是质轻和粒径较小的,且受管壁粘滞作用力影响较大,导致二者速度相差不大;同时证明利用荧光示踪法实时观测陶瓷球颗粒运动规律是可行的。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore real-time movement law of heterogeneous particles’on an incline tube,a set of inclined tube test equipment with angle of 45° was designed.Real-time flow of 2 mm diameter ceramic balls and biomass char with different mass ratio(10∶1,30∶1 and 50∶1)and same cross-sections(X=690 mm)in inclined tube were studied by FTM(Fluorescent Trace Method)and PIV technique.Results showed that most of ceramic balls and biomass char particles were below central axis,velocity of ceramic balls was much larger than that of biomass char particles;above central axis,number of ceramic balls was sharp decrease,biomass char particles were mostly light and small in size,and they had a great influence on wall viscosity,which led speed difference between heterogeneous particles was not very large;at same time,it was proved that FTM was feasible to observe real-time movement law of ceramic balls by FTM.
