Abstract: In recent years，Fu tea culture and industry in Jingyang has developed rapidly，which has important enlightenment for the current rural revitalization.Firstly，cultural resources should be excavated and direction of industry should be found out；secondly，a cultural platform should be built to promote development of industry；thirdly，development plans should be formulated to enhance scale of industry; fourthly，play should be given to scientific and technological innovation to promote industrial upgrading；fifthly，cultural publicity should be increased to upgrade quality of industry.In order to develop Fu tea culture in Jingyang，brand of Fu tea cultural propaganda should be integrated and strengthen to expand influence of Fu tea，and quality of Fu tea should be improved by strengthening product research.
