Abstract:
In order to evaluate performance of agricultural water price reform further and objectively,taking a project area of Yunnan province as an example,on premise of fully collecting relevant data of project area,15 indexes were chosed from four aspects of water saving,economy,society and ecology to construct evaluation index system for performance of agricultural water price reform using the fuzzy mathematics theory.Weight of each index was determined by AHP,and grade of the reform effect was evaluated.Evaluation result was good and model could objectively and comprehensively reflect performance of reform of agricultural water price,which was of great significance in practice of agricultural water price evaluation.
