Abstract: Aiming at problem of unstable dimension of press-mounted pump in mass production of automobile industry，design scheme of stop signal of external inductor feeder was put forward by adopting AC servo cylinder with spring table and combining with actual products.Design scheme has been verified by practical application.Results showed that scheme not only guaranteed stability of product dimension，but also realized flexible production and lean production.It provided a reference for similar product assembly system design for scholars and colleagues.
