Abstract: With implementation of the rural revitalization strategy，large-scale agricultural scale production and management has become the only way for development of agricultural modernization.The characteristics of large-scale agricultural development in developed countries，current development situation，government support policies and construction and management of new business entities were analyzed.Advanced experience of large-scale agriculturale development in developed countries were summarized by analyzing characteristics of large-scale agricultural development，status quo of development，government support policies，and construction and management of new business entities in developed countries.Based on current situation of large population and small population in our country，some suggestions on development of large-scale agricultural production and management in terms of land circulation and centralized policies，standardization and specialized cultivation，socialized service organizations，cultivation of professional farmers and construction of agricultural management subjects were put forward，so as to promote development of agricultural modernization in our country.
