Abstract: Targeted poverty alleviation is a major national strategy during the 13th five-year plan period，and the goal is to ensure that the whole country can achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation and a synchronized well-off society by 2020 under the current economic background，there is a structural imbalance between supply and demand，and agricultural supply-side reform has become a new idea and focus to promote economic development and achieve targeted poverty alleviation.Yuelai township of Leshan city has a good foundation and resources in the integrated development of featured industries and rural tourism.Although the current targeted poverty alleviation work is effective，it is still difficult to achieve poverty alleviation.Therefore，taking the agricultural supply-side reform as an opportunity based on itself，the agricultural industrial structure was optimized，“Litchi town” was built，and it would become a new engine for Yuelai township to achieve targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
