Abstract:
Based on action flow of automatic packaging mechanism for pear,single-chip microcomputer was used as controller,technical parameters and preset control logic were reasonably selected to control movement of stepping motor,paper feeding device and anti-collision net sleeve automatic feeding mechanism,and use of pear falling gravity,automatic packaging for pear was realized ingeniously. Through digital modeling,motion analysis and finite element analysis,automatic packaging device for pear with simple structure and stable performance was designed.
