Design of Automatic Packaging Device for Pear

  • 摘要: 基于香梨自动包装机构的动作流程,以单片机为控制器,合理选用技术参数、预设的控制逻辑,控制步进电机、送纸装置和防撞网套自动上料机构动作,利用香梨自由下落的重力,巧妙实现自动包装。通过数字化建模、运动分析和有限元分析,设计了结构简单、性能稳定的香梨自动包装装置。

     

    Abstract: Based on action flow of automatic packaging mechanism for pear,single-chip microcomputer was used as controller,technical parameters and preset control logic were reasonably selected to control movement of stepping motor,paper feeding device and anti-collision net sleeve automatic feeding mechanism,and use of pear falling gravity,automatic packaging for pear was realized ingeniously. Through digital modeling,motion analysis and finite element analysis,automatic packaging device for pear with simple structure and stable performance was designed.
