Abstract: With continuous development of modern agriculture in China，agricultural industrialization organizations emerge as the times require，and play a role in various forms of agricultural development.Therefore，under guidance of modern agriculture，how to give full play to advantages of agricultural industrialization organization，and promote development of agriculture，are a focus of current thinking.According to agricultural industrialization organization in development of existing legal system，lack of development focus and supervision problems，industrial organization was put forward through focus on development of leading enterprises，supplemented by professional cooperatives，in addition to strengthen exploration of interests coordination mechanism，and build farmers and government supervision.Some references were provided for legal perfection of current agricultural industrialization organization.
