Abstract: E-commerce plays an important role in leading new business model of economy，integrating advantageous agricultural resources，opening up new channels for innovation and entrepreneurship，and increasing production and income. Function orientation of e-commerce in agricultural economic development and feasibility of e-commerce leading agricultural economic development were analyzed，and effective paths of e-commerce promoting agricultural economic development were pointed out.
