Abstract: Role of computer technology in agricultural development is mainly embodied in helping to improve efficiency of agricultural production，production efficiency and production technology level，developing and realizing precision agriculture and new agricultural production mode.Valuable experience of the United States，Germany and France in using computer technology to promote agricultural development in developed countries was in-depth analyzed and summarized.China's path choice of computer technology to promote agricultural development was put forward，including strengthening input of computer technology，developing social main body of computer technology，strengthening cultivation of computer technology talents and strengthening data mining of computer technology.
