Abstract: Construction of agricultural products logistics informatizaion is an important measure to improve competitiveness of agricultural products.By analysis of the‘internet+’era of agricultural products in Shaanxi province logistics informatizaion construction，it lacked of infrastructure construction and logistics information resources.And the logistics information service level was very low.Suggestions of government should dominant position in informatizaion construction，optimization of agriculture information service system，strengthening personnel training and other measures were proposed.
