Abstract: The full tutorial system based on the‘3+X’continuous training mode is implementation strategy of elite education for cultivating top innovative agricultural talents in the period of popularization of higher education.Operation mechanism of full tutorial system was constructed through whole-process consistent tuorial system，multi-dimensional collaborative tutorial responsibility system，peer-to-peer student team system and the‘chief tutor+tutor team system’in the postgraduate training stage.Through expanding resource pool of tutors，strengthening selection and training of tutors，strengthening assessment and incentive of tutors，continuous improvement of full tutorial system could be realized.
