Abstract: Rural revitalization strategy provided an opportunity for the rural a multi-ownerships economic development and policy support，reform of rural sector of economy structure in Shaanxi province was reviewed.Based on mixed ownership reform to promote development of Shaanxi rural economy perspective，development space of mixed ownership economic structure reform in rural areas of Shaanxi under strategy of rural revitalization was analyzed.Innovative development path of Shaanxi rural mixed ownership economy were to support new agricultural operators，develop new rural collective economy，encourage rural enterprises to go public and standardize internal management of rural mixed ownership enterprises.
