Abstract:
A 2BD-1 self-propelled electric seeder was designed to solve problems that tractors were difficult to enter field in hilly and mountainous areas and fuel-powered machines were not suitable to be used in greenhouses.The device was analyzed and designed in terms of power matching,driving wheel,frame,ditch opener and steering system to complete ditching,sowing,fertilizing,covering soil and suppressing work at one time.Field test results showed that mechanical damage rate of seeds was 0.5%,single grain rate was 95%,qualified rate of seed covering thickness was 92%,qualified rate of plant spacing was 93%,qualified rate of fertilization depth was 90%,and all indexes met design requirements.The device has advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and easy operation,which could be widely used in indoor operations such as hilly and mountainous areas and greenhouses.
