Design of Executive Device of Trenchless Drainage Machines

  • 摘要: 针对应用于河套平原盐碱地生态治理工程的无沟排盐暗管铺设机的执行机构进行研究设计,结合实际作业过程中结构面临的问题,通过RecurDyn动力学分析以及ANSYS静力学分析,得到了执行机构的动力学特性、振动特性和静力学特性。通过设计结构强度与仿真分析强度的对比,验证了设计结构的合理性及可行性。通过模态分析,为后续装配样机部分结构在田间作业的振动冲击性能试验提供理论分析基础。此研究为提升整机的使用性能、降低整机试验成本提供了一定的参考与借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Executive mechanism of trenchless drainage machines was designed,which were applied to ecological control project of Saline alkali land in Hetao Plain.Combining with problems that may be faced in actual operation process,through dynamic analysis based on RecurDyn and static analysis based on ANSYS,dynamic characteristics,vibration characteristics and static characteristics of executive device were obtained.Rationality and feasibility of design structure were proved by comparing intensity of design structure and simulation analysis.Through modal analysis,it provides theoretical analysis foundation for subsequent vibration and impact performance test of mechanical parts in field operation.It provides some references for improving machine performance and reducing machine test cost.
