Abstract: Development of agricultural university personnel training is inseparable from support of information technology. Under background of information age，in the process of reforming and innovating cultivation of talents，agricultural colleges and universities can try to introduce concept of informatization teaching，enhance effect of informatization teaching，create favorable conditions the cultivation of high-quality talents in the field of agriculture，and provide corresponding talent guarantee for China's agricultural modernization.Practice and exploration of carrying out informatization teaching in agricultural colleges were studied，and some measures to optimize informatization teaching in the future were put forward，So as to promote improvement of informatization teaching level in agricultural colleges and optimize personnel training systematically.
