Abstract: Disadvantages and innovation of‘home-stay tourism’operation mode were taken as subject，3 kinds of‘home-stay tourism’operation modes were compared and analyzed，an innovative mode was put forward，namely，under background of adapting to development of network，following trend of consumers paying attention to sense of experience in current tourism market，innovative application mode of‘government+company+community+farmers’was chosen，aiming to provide a useful reference for‘home-stay tourism’operation mode.
