Abstract: With goal of cultivating the top innovative talents，a series of reforms have been carried out in the areas of talent training system construction，talent training system construction，and talent training work system，and practical exploration have been carried out through selection and establishment of Longping Innovation Experimental Class in agronomy major.Results showed that model reform has achieved remarkable results in students′ scientific research literacy，innovation consciousness，morality，intelligence，physical beauty，labor，etc.In particular，collaborative cultivation and continuous cultivation modes have been played a particularly prominent role in the cultivation of top innovative talents and could be used for reference.
