Abstract: This paper takes the development process of Japanese agricultural and sideline products as the breakthrough point, makes a thorough analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Japanese agricultural and sideline products processing industry by SWOT analysis method, and finally puts forward some enlightenments for the development of China''s related industries according to the analysis structure.
