Abstract: Based on the goal of postgraduate training and problems in postgraduate teaching，flipping classroom teaching mode was designed.Teaching contents for talent innovation training were expounded，and teaching strategies using embedded problem design were put forward to improve quality of innovative talent training in graduate education.
