马铃薯种植机分层施肥开沟器设计与静力学仿真

Design and Static Simulation of Potato Planter Layer Fertilizer Furrow Opener

  • 摘要: 为解决马铃薯种植机传统施肥时肥料定位不精确和利用率低的问题,设计了一种可以在播种的同时进行深、浅层分层施肥的施肥装置组合式分层施肥开沟器。通过验证设计的分层施肥开沟器的强度和刚度要求,使用SolidWorks软件对分层施肥开沟器进行了三维建模,然后使用Hypermesh软件进行静载荷分析,得到分层施肥开沟器的应力应变云图。结果表明,设计的分层施肥开沟器符合工作强度和刚度要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems of imprecise positioning of fertilizer and low utilization rate in traditional fertilizer application of potato planter,a combined ditching device of layered fertilizer application for deep and shallow layer at the same time of sowing was designed.By verifying strength and stiffness requirements of designed layered fertilization furrow opener,SolidWorks software was used to conduct three-dimensional modeling of layered fertilization furrow opener,and then the Hypermesh software was used for static load analysis to obtain stress-strain cloud diagram of layered fertilization furrow opener.Results showed that designed ditching device could meet requirements of working strength and rigidity.
