Abstract:
In order to solve problems of imprecise positioning of fertilizer and low utilization rate in traditional fertilizer application of potato planter,a combined ditching device of layered fertilizer application for deep and shallow layer at the same time of sowing was designed.By verifying strength and stiffness requirements of designed layered fertilization furrow opener,SolidWorks software was used to conduct three-dimensional modeling of layered fertilization furrow opener,and then the Hypermesh software was used for static load analysis to obtain stress-strain cloud diagram of layered fertilization furrow opener.Results showed that designed ditching device could meet requirements of working strength and rigidity.
