基于TRIZ理论的圆草捆打捆机创新设计

Innovative Design for Round Baler Based on TRIZ Theory

  • 摘要: 针对圆草捆打捆机卷捆完成后,需要停车来继续捆网和吐捆动作,造成时间间断,增加燃油消耗,影响作业速度,工作效率低等问题,利用TRIZ理论中系统功能分析和因果分析法对问题进行分析,找到问题产生的原因,并运用物-场模型和物理矛盾对机具进行创新设计,提出了提高圆草捆打捆机工作效率即不停车缠网的设计方案。

     

    Abstract: It is necessary to stop machine to continue action of bundling and unloading,after winding of round baler,which results in high fuel consumption and low work efficiency. In order to solve these problems,system function analysis method and causal analysis method in TRIZ theory were used to analyze the problems and find out causes. Innovate design of round baler was carried by using matter-field model and physical contradiction tools,and design schemes to improve working efficiency of round baler,that of without stopping,were put forward.
