Abstract: By analyzing some characteristics of time，space and frequency of major meteorological disasters such as drought，flood and typhoon in our country，adverse effects of agricultural cultivation were discussed，and combining with the coping methods adopted by foreign developed countries in resisting drought and flood disasters，some targeted coping strategies for meteorological disasters were put forward.
