真实齿面相交干涉误差来源及接触分析

True Tooth Surface Intersection Error Source and Contact Analysis

  • 摘要: 考虑安装误差、支撑条件和齿轮承载变形等因素的影响,研究了基于有限元计算渐开线斜齿轮变速器箱体系统误差的新方法,利用齿轮空间啮合理论,得出各个齿轮副的系统误差及人为误差,给出齿轮综合误差的计算公式。搭建真实渐开线斜齿轮相交干涉齿轮副模型,对标准齿轮和相交干涉齿轮的齿廓应力变化、齿向接触区域分布进行对比分析研究。计算结果表明,考虑齿轮副安装误差时,点接触和线接触的接触应力均有上升,线接触状态只变化了10.8%,而点-线接触的接触应力变化了46.4%,说明斜齿轮点-线接触对齿轮综合误差敏感性大于线接触。

     

    Abstract: Considering influences of installation error,support conditions and gear load deformation,a new method based on finite element method for calculating system error of involute helical gearbox was studied.Using gear space meshing theory,systematic error and human error of each gear pair were obtained,and calculation formula of gear comprehensive error was given.Building a real involute helical gear intersecting interference gear pair model,the tooth profile stress change of gear and distribution of tooth contact area were compared and analyzed based on standard gear and intersecting interference gear.Calculation results showed that contact stress of point contact and line contact increased when gear pair considered installation error.Line contact state only changed by 10.8%,and contact stress point-line contact changed by 46.4%.It was indicated that helical gear point-line contact was more sensitive to gear comprehensive error than line contact.
