基于“3+1”人才培养模式的现代高等教育模式改革——以农业机械类专业为例

Reform of Modern Higher Education Mode Based on“3+1”Talent Training Mode：Taking Agricultural Mechanical Major as an Example

摘要: 自我国高等教育学科正式步入科学化教育路线以来，“3+1”人才培养模式就成为了提升我国高等教育质量的重要保证。采取了举例分析法，从农业机械类专业的视角探索“3+1”人才培养模式下现代高等教育模式的变革。同时以农业机械类专业为例，发掘新型人才培养模式的运作方式及初期目标，并且分析了在该模式下对于工科学生所产生的引导作用，以期对现代高等教育改革提供一定的启示。

Abstract: Since higher education has formally entered scientific education line in our country，the“3+1”talent training model has become most important guarantee to improve quality of higher education in China.The reform of modern higher education mode under the“3+1”talent training mode was explored from perspective of agricultural mechanical major.At the same time，taking agricultural machinery specialty as an example，operation mode and initial goal of new talent training mode were explored，and guiding role of mode for engineering students was analysed，with a view to providing some enlightenment for reform of modern higher education.
