现代果园作业平台设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Modern Orchard Operating Platform

  • 摘要: 针对现代矮砧密植果园中苹果采摘、运输等作业环节劳动强度大、人工作业效率低以及人工作业安全保障性差等问题,设计制造了一种现代果园作业平台。该作业平台采用全液压驱动系统,前轮转向,后轮驱动,具备低速大扭矩特征,通过液压缸升降实现果箱在作业平台中装卸和平台的升降以及扩展功能。对样机进行爬坡、转弯和行走等性能测试,相关指标达到设计要求。结果表明,样机升降1.3 m,最大行驶速度8 km/h,最小转弯4 m,平台展开宽度3 m及外形空间尺寸等指标,满足工作实际要求,适合现代矮砧密植果园作业模式需求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and poor safety guarantee of apple harvesting and transportation in modern dwarf rootstock dense planting orchard,a modern orchard operation platform was designed and manufactured.The platform adopted full hydraulic drive system,front wheel steering and rear wheel driving,and had characteristics of low speed and large torque.Lifting and unloading of fruit box and platform could be realized by lifting of hydraulic cylinder.Performance tests of prototype such as climbing,turning and walking were carried out,and relevant indexes met design requirements.Results showed that prototype lifted 1.3 m,maximum driving speed was 8 km/h,minimum turning was 4 m,platform width was 3 m and shape space size met practical requirements,and it was suitable for operation mode of modern dwarf rootstock dense planting orchard.
