基于模糊PID的农业智能喷雾控制系统设计与试验

Design and Test of Agricultural Intelligent Spraying Control System Based on Fuzzy PID

  • 摘要: 为提高农作物的施药效果,将模糊PID控制技术应用于喷杆喷雾机喷雾量的控制中,设计了相应的控制系统。首先,分析了农作物喷雾控制系统的基本原理。其次,设计了模糊PID控制系统的软件系统、硬件系统和模糊控制逻辑表。最后,进行了喷雾量的控制仿真研究,仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制系统能够取得更好的喷雾量控制效果和更高的控制精度。

     

    Abstract: Fuzzy PID control technology was applied to the spray volume control of sprayer sprayer,and corresponding control system was designed to improve effect of crop spraying.Firstly,the basic principle of crop spray control system was analyzed.Secondly,the software and hardware system of fuzzy PID control system,and fuzzy control logic table were designed.Finally,simulation of spray volume control was carried out.Simulation result showed that fuzzy PID control system could achieve better spray control effect and higher control accuracy.
