农用车电池包结构振动特性分析

摘要: 在锂离子电池驱动的农用车辆中,电池包的抗振性是直接影响整车可靠性的原因之一。但在农用车辆行业,对电池包的振动特性研究较少,由商用车直接移植的标准电池包因机械振动方面原因引发的故障较多,严重影响整车的可靠性,且存在一定的安全隐患。本文利用有限元分析法建立电池包计算模型,对其进行模态分析和在振动条件下的动态响应分析,并通过台架振动试验以及跑车试验进行强度验证。分析结果表明,该分析方案能有效识别电池包低阶模态敏感部位,优化后的电池包在实验室振动条件以及实车试验下能保证强度可靠。该研究能为类似产品的研发设计提供有效的理论依据。Abstract: In the products design of electric agricultural vehicle powered by li-ion battery, vibration resistance of battery pack is a keySfactor of safetySverification. But in agricultural vehicle industry, study on the vibration characteristics of battery pack is less. Agricultural vehicle loaded with standard battery packs transplanted directly by the commercialSvehicle are prone to failure due to vibration. and pose a potentialSsafety hazard. In this paper, the battery pack calculation model is established by using the finite element method. Modal analysis and dynamic response analysis of the battery pack in the vibration conditions are carried out, and the strength is verified by vibration test and road test. The analysis results show that the researchScan effectively identify sensitive parts of the battery pack in the low-order modal. The strength of optimized battery pack is safe and reliable in vibration conditions. The researchScan provide an effective reference for the research and design of similar products.
