Design and Test of Self-propelled Miscellaneous Grain Sowing and Fertilization Machine

  • 摘要: 针对山西省丘陵山区地块小、大型机具难以作业、小型机具缺乏、购买燃油不便和劳动强度大等问题,研究设计了自走式电动杂粮播种施肥机,一次可以完成开沟、播种、施肥、覆土及镇压等工作。对动力匹配、轮胎尺寸、机架和开沟器等方面做了分析设计,最后经试验、测试,各项指标均达到了国家相关标准要求,机具节能环保、易操作,可广泛应用于各地区。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at problems of small plots,difficult operation of large machines,lack of small machines,inconvenience of purchasing fuel and high labor intensity in hilly and mountainous areas of Shanxi province,a self-propelled electric miscellaneous grain seeder and fertilizer applicator was designed,which could complete ditching,sowing,fertilizing,covering soil and pressing at one time.Power matching,tire size,frame and trencher were analyzed and designed.Through tests,all indicators had met requirements of relevant national standards.Machines and tools were energy-saving,environmental protection,easy to operate,and could be widely used in various regions.
