Abstract:
In order to solve seedling pulling problem caused by watering during operation of 2CGF-2 sweet potato transplanting machine,integration of agricultural machinery and techniques was taken as breakthrough point,original water tank device of 2CGF-2 sweet potato transplanter was changed to drip tape,and transplanting performance test was carried out.Results showed that pass rate of transplanting was 100.0%,coefficient of plant distance variation was 10.3%,average depth of transplanting was 8.7 cm,thickness of soil above drip irrigation belt was 3.3 cm,drip irrigation belt was laid below the side of potato fry,with an average side distance of 3.3 cm and an average bottom distance of 4.3 cm.Results met requirements of agronomic planting target.Labor productivity of sweet potato transplanting machine has been greatly increased compared with manual transplanting,and production operation cost was low.Sweet potato transplanting machine was suitable for transplanting potato seedlings in Beijing suburbs and could be widely used in actual production.
