山丘区中低产田改造评价指标体系的构建 —以大坡乡为例

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Transformation of Medium and Low Yield Fields Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process:Take Dapo Township as an example

  • 摘要: 【目的】为缓和我国人地矛盾的尖锐程度,从本质上实现耕地的动态平衡,本研究以沾益县大坡乡为例,通过实地调研并结合相似地区中低产田改造项目成果的基础上,对山丘区中低产田评价指标体系做进一步的探索和完善。【方法】本研究将从土壤条件、气候地貌条件和社会条件3个方面以及优化遴选出的11个评价指标,采用层次分析法计算各项评价指标的综合权重,以此构建山丘区中低产田改造综合评价指标体系。【结果】结果表明:构建的评价指标体系中土壤条件、气候地貌条件和社会条件的权重分别为0.428、0.428、0.144;其中土壤条件指标中影响率最大的是土壤质地(0.15)和土层厚度(0.15),气候地貌条件指标中影响率最大的是坡度(0.261),社会条件中影响率最大的是经济投入(0.046)。【结论】通过层次分析AHP模型的构建,可以为相似地区中低产田改造提供科学合理的参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Purpose In order to alleviate the sharpness of the contradiction between human and land in China, the dynamic balance of cultivated land is realized in essence. Taking Dapo Township of Zhanyi County as an example, through field research and combining the results of low-yield field reconstruction projects in similar areas, on the mountain The evaluation index system for low- and medium-yield fields in Qiu District will be further explored and improved. MethodThis study will use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the comprehensive weights of various evaluation indicators from the three aspects of soil conditions, climatic and geomorphological conditions and social conditions, as well as the 11 evaluation indicators selected by the optimization, and build a comprehensive evaluation index for the transformation of low- and medium-yield fields in hilly areas system.Result The results show that the weights of soil conditions, climatic and geomorphological conditions and social conditions in the constructed evaluation index system are 0.428, 0.428 and 0.144, respectively. Among them, soil texture index (0.15) and soil layer thickness (0.15) were the most influential in soil condition index. The most influential rate in climate and geomorphological conditions was slope (0.261). The most influential factor in social conditions was economic input (0.046). Conclusion Through the construction of AHP model of analytic hierarchy, it can provide a scientific and reasonable reference for the transformation of low-yield fields in similar areas.
