Abstract: Under the background of the development of agricultural modernization, rural arable land transfer is the only way to promote the industrialization and large-scale development of rural economy. At the same time, it is also an objective requirement for the optimal allocation of cultivated land resources. The large-scale operation of rural arable land transfer is beneficial to Increase the profitability of agricultural production and increase the income of farmers. This paper summarizes the basic situation and existing problems of cultivated land transfer in China by using the literature method and comparative analysis method, and compares the comprehensive performance of rural cultivated land transfer mode. Based on the results of performance evaluation and analysis, it puts forward some suggestions for improving the transfer of cultivated land.
