轮式挖掘机的四轮独立转向液压系统设计

摘要: 近年来沼泽地的开发价值越来越大,但是其地质条件很差,土层成流动状态,轮式挖掘机车移动需要较大转弯半径,在这种环境中传统转向困难、平衡性差。在对转向系统研究的基础上,我们设计了四轮独立转向液压系统,四个车轮可实现独立转向,并配备有转台旋转部分、车架升降部分,实现全方位工作,提高工作性能。Abstract: In recent years, the development value of swampland is increasing, but its geological condition is very poor, the soil layer is in a flow state, and the wheel excavator locomotive needs a larger turning radius to move. In this environment, the traditional turning is difficult and the balance is poor. On the basis of the research of steering system, we design a four-wheel independent steering hydraulic system. Four wheels can realize independent steering, and are equipped with turntable rotation part and frame lifting part to achieve all-round work and improve working performance.
