Abstract: Aiming at the problem that Engineering Testing Technology，a postgraduate course of agricultural engineering，focuses on the theory and lacks of application guidance，the teaching method of the course was studied.And the teaching reform plan to improve teaching quality was put forward.The details were as follows：optimizing teaching methods，focusing on specific application cases，refining theory teaching，refining the specific application of curriculum knowledge points in the field of agricultural engineering，exploring positive role of curriculum knowledge points in practical application of agricultural engineering and academic paper writing，actively guiding students to participate in teaching process in classroom and innovating curriculum assessment methods.Results showed that implementation of this teaching reform program significantly improved learning effect of graduate students，integrated teaching and scientific research，improved scientific research level of graduate students.And it contributed to cultivation of talents in the field of agricultural engineering.
