Abstract: Through summing up the risk factors of investment in modern agricultural park projects by Delphi method，a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of investment risk factors was constructed.Risk Matrix method was used to evaluate risk grade，and risk response measures were formulated for different risk factors，so as to form a kind of pre-warning and active control of investment in modern agricultural park capital risk management mechanism.Finally，feasibility and validity of mechanism were verified by an example of integrated construction project of modern agricultural demonstration park.
