Abstract: In terms of fishery，it is an inevitable direction for the development of modern fishery to implement the Belt and Road Initiative，implement the“going out and bringing in”strategy of fishery，promote the exchanges and cooperation between China′s aquaculture industry and surrounding countries and regions，and jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional regional fishery to modern fishery.Thailand is an ASEAN country in the Belt and Road Initiative，its current situation of fishery resources，the development of fishery industry，the advantages and disadvantages of fishery industry at present，and also the exploration of Sino-Thailand fishery cooperation development were expounded.By studying current situation of fishery in Thailand and exploring way of Sino-Thailand fishery cooperation and development，corresponding strategies and suggestions were put forward，such as technical support，resource introduction，complementary learning and common progress，so as to provide samples for China- ASEAN countries′ strategic development on fishery level based on the Belt and Road Initiative.
