Abstract: In view of accelerating speed of popularization and application of ecological control technology of fruit tree diseases and pests，a relatively perfect analysis and evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process were established，so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for performance evaluation of prevention and control work.
