Abstract:
In order to explore characteristics of Hβ molecular sieve in the cracking reaction, better quality bio-based fuel oil can be obtained while reducing energy consumption and improving economic benefits, effects of different temperatures and mass space velocities on oil-gas catalytic cracking of Paulownia curcas were analyzed.Hβ molecular sieve with a ratio of silica to alumina of 25∶1 was used as a catalyst, and Jatropha oil was used as a raw material. The laboratory-made catalytic cracking fixed bed device was used to carry out the research on catalytic cracking of vegetable oil,and the different temperature and weight hourly space velocity were explored. Results showed that when catalytic temperature was 475 ℃ and the weight hourly space velocity was 8.72 h-1,the conversion rate was the highest, reaching 27.88%,and the acid value of liquid product was 9.49 KOHmg/g,the density was 0.862 1 g/cm3,and the liquid product were mainly composed of aromatics.
