Abstract: In order to explore how to speed up the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Hilly and mountainous areas of Chongqing, and how to realize the industrialization, scale and benefit of agriculture with high starting point and high quality, so as to promote the Rural Revitalization of Chongqing. Combining with the actual situation of Tongnan District in Chongqing City, the practice and thinking of promoting agricultural mechanization development with the reform of farmland mechanization as a breakthrough, in order to provide a path reference for accelerating the pace of Agricultural Mechanization Development in Hilly and mountainous areas.
