青贮饲料收获机物料箱自卸料驱动机构设计
Design of Automatic Unloading Driving Mechanism for Material Box of Ensilage Harvester

摘要: 为研究青贮饲料收获机物料箱自卸料驱动机构中的液压缸安装位置与其驱动能耗的关系,该文以青贮苎麻联合收割机物料箱自卸料驱动机构为研究对象,采用运动动力学方法,按照能量消耗最低目标,设计计算物料箱在既定运动条件下的翻转驱动力、液压缸在机架上的安装位置和在物料箱上的安装高度、液压缸最大工作行程等参数;进而分析得到物料箱在翻转运行平稳性驱使下的活塞杆铰接点速度、加速度变化趋势。计算结果表明,以液压缸自身长度为底边,液压缸两铰接点分别距物料箱翻转中心的长度为腰的等腰三角形布局结构,能够满足能耗最低要求;在给定运动条件下的速度最大值umax=0.088 m/s,加速度最大值amax=0.010 m/s2。该研究可为以后的相关研究提供理论依据。Abstract: In order to study relationship between installation position of hydraulic cylinder and driving energy consumption in automatic unloading driving mechanism of silage harvester′s material box,automatic unloading driving mechanism for material box of ensilage ramie combine harvester was as research object.According to minimum energy consumption target,using method of motion dynamics to design and calculation parameters of overturning driving force of material box under given motion conditions,installation position of hydraulic cylinder on frame,installation height of hydraulic cylinder on material box,and maximum working stroke of the hydraulic cylinder.Changing trend of velocity and acceleration of piston rod articulation point was obtained under overturning operation stationarity of material box.Results showed that an isosceles triangular structure with bottom of hydraulic cylinder length and waist of length which from articulation joints of hydraulic cylinder to overturning center of material box could meet minimum requirement of energy consumption,and maximum speed and acceleration under given motion conditions were 0.088 m/s and 0.010 m/s2.This study could provide a theoretical basis for future related research.
