Abstract: Cultivation of college students′ innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an important task in Chinese colleges and universities，which plays a vital role in the growth of students.Background，ideas，contents and characteristics of the innovation platform of talent training mode were analyzed，so as to provide reference for construction and development of innovation and entrepreneurship experimentation zone for personnel training mode.
