卫星遥感技术在气象为农服务中的应用

Application of Satellite Remote Sensing Technology in Meteorological Service for Agriculture

  • 摘要: 该文简要回顾了国内外学者在卫星遥感方面所做的相关工作,主要介绍的国内外学者研究内容有卫星遥感资料、图像的处理和订正、对地面目标物的识别、农作物产量预报、卫星遥感的发展状况、建立卫星遥感资料库、建立预报模型、降水监测、地温监测、冻土监测、灾害监测、气体监测、卫星云图应用和不同类型卫星遥感技术相互融合使用等内容。该文在简要介绍卫星遥感技术监测原理的基础上,分析了卫星遥感技术在气象为农服务中的应用现状,提出了在气象为农服务的工作中亟需加强卫星遥感技术应用,阐述了要结合农业气象服务产品加强卫星遥感技术在农业气候区划、农作物种植规划、农作物生长期监测管理、病虫害防治、灾害防御、农作物产量预报、防御火灾以及农业气象服务效益评估等方面的应用。强调要强化卫星遥感技术的应用,最大程度地开发和利用卫星遥感数据,使卫星遥感技术在农业生产实践中能够趋利避害和发挥出更大的作用。

     

    Abstract: The related work done in satellite remote sensing by scholars both in China and other countries were briefly reviewed.The main contents of this paper included satellite remote sensing data,image processing and revision,recognition of ground targets,crop yield prediction,development of satellite remote sensing,establishment of satellite remote sensing database,establishment of prediction model,precipitation monitoring,ground temperature monitoring and freezing,soil monitoring,disaster monitoring,gas monitoring,satellite cloud image application,and the integration of different types of satellite remote sensing technology.Application status of satellite remote sensing technology in meteorological services for agriculture were analyzed on the basis of introducing monitoring principle of satellite remote sensing technology.It was urgent to strengthen application of satellite remote sensing technology in meteorological services for agriculture.And the application of satellite remote sensing technology in agroclimatic regionalization,crop planting planning,monitoring and management of crop growth period,pest control,disaster prevention,crop yield forecast,fire prevention and benefit assessment of agrometeorological service were discussed.It was emphasized that application of satellite remote sensing technology should be strengthened,and satellite remote sensing data should be developed and utilized to greatest extent,so as to make satellite remote sensing technology play a greater role in agricultural production practice.
