Abstract:
Advances in food physical processing technology an important curriculum of master of food science and engineering in Jiangsu university. The teaching practice of advances in food physical processing technology in master of food science and engineering was summarized in this article. The characteristics, teaching content and practice of the teaching method reform of advances in food physical processing technology were discussed in this paper. This article has also summarized the construction of the training system of physics and food interdisciplinary of food science and engineering talent.
