Teaching Practice and Exploration of Food Physical Processing Technology

  • 摘要: 食品物理加工技术前沿课程为江苏大学食品科学与工程硕士的核心课程。在本文中对食品科学与工程硕士课程中开设食品物理加工技术前沿课程教学进行总结,分析了食品物理加工技术前沿课程特点、教学内容及教学中的重点及难点,探讨食品+物理型复合型食品科学与工程人才的培养方式。

     

    Abstract: Advances in food physical processing technology an important curriculum of master of food science and engineering in Jiangsu university. The teaching practice of advances in food physical processing technology in master of food science and engineering was summarized in this article. The characteristics, teaching content and practice of the teaching method reform of advances in food physical processing technology were discussed in this paper. This article has also summarized the construction of the training system of physics and food interdisciplinary of food science and engineering talent.
