一种粮食立体仓储的升降平台设计

Design of a lifting platform for grain stereoscopic storage

  • 摘要: 针对粮食的立体化仓储,设计了一种升降式立体仓储平台。该立体仓储平台由升降平台机构,液压缸驱动机构,控制电路模块构成。该立体仓储的升降平台机构使用了双铰接剪叉式液压升降台。利用MSC. Adams对升降机构的关键零件进行了受力分析,再导入Solid Works中,采用simulation模块计算应力、应变和安全系数,对关键部件折叠梁和中间轴进行了有限元应力分析,设计了安全可靠的升降平台机构。

     

    Abstract: In view of the three-dimensional storage of grain,a lifting three-dimensional storage platform was designed。The three-dimensional storage platform consists of lifting mechanism, hydraulic cylinder drive mechanism and control circuit module. The lifting platform mechanism of the garage uses a double hinged scissors fork type hydraulic lifting platform. The key parts stress of the lifting mechanism was analyzed using the MSC. Adams, and then import in Solid Works, using the simulation module , the stress、strain and the safety coefficient was calculated, the finite element stress of the key parts ,as folding beam and the axis was analyzed, and a safe and reliable lifting platform mechanism was designed.
