Abstract:
In view of the three-dimensional storage of grain,a lifting three-dimensional storage platform was designed。The three-dimensional storage platform consists of lifting mechanism, hydraulic cylinder drive mechanism and control circuit module. The lifting platform mechanism of the garage uses a double hinged scissors fork type hydraulic lifting platform. The key parts stress of the lifting mechanism was analyzed using the MSC. Adams, and then import in Solid Works, using the simulation module , the stress、strain and the safety coefficient was calculated, the finite element stress of the key parts ,as folding beam and the axis was analyzed, and a safe and reliable lifting platform mechanism was designed.
