Extraction Process Optimization of Cellulose in Corn Straw with High Pressure Steaming Method

  • 摘要: 随着环境与能源问题日益凸显,可再生资源的开发利用成为关注的重点。玉米秸秆作为一种绿色可再生能源,广泛应用于农业生产、工业制造等领域。论述了从玉米秸秆中提取纤维素的现实意义,介绍了从玉米秸秆中提取纤维素的方法,着重阐述了如何利用高压蒸煮法提取玉米秸秆中的纤维素,并探究了高压蒸煮法提取玉米秸秆纤维素的最佳工艺条件。通过单因素试验,探讨不同反应时间、压力和氢氧化钠溶液质量分数对玉米秸秆提取纤维素效果的影响,为工厂化提取玉米秸秆纤维素提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: With the increasingly prominent problems of environment and energy,the development and utilization of renewable resources has become the focus of attention.As a kind of green renewable energy,corn straw is widely used in agricultural production,industrial manufacturing and other fields.Practical significance of extracting cellulose from corn straw was discussed.Several methods of extracting cellulose from corn straw were introduced,mainly described how to extract cellulose from corn straw by high-pressure cooking,and explore the best process conditions of extracting cellulose from corn straw by high-pressure cooking.Through single factor experiment,the effects of different reaction time,pressure and sodium hydroxide solution content on the cellulose extraction from corn straw were discussed,which provided reference for industrial extraction of corn straw cellulose.
