不同产地蜜环菌总萜和总糖含量测定

Determination of total polysaccharides and total terpenes in Armillaria mellea in different producing areas

  • 摘要: 建立测定蜜环菌菌丝中总多糖和总萜含量测定的紫外分光光度计方法。采用硫酸—苯酚显色法和香草醛—冰醋酸显色法分别对蜜环菌菌索中总多糖和总萜的含量进行测定。该方法简单、可行,可用于测定蜜环菌菌索中总多糖和总萜含量,对于综合评价不同产地蜜环菌质量具有一定意义。结果表明:采自云南昭通的蜜环菌菌索总萜含量最高,安徽金寨菌索总萜含量最低,且总萜含量在1.3%~3.0%之间浮动;采自湖北宜昌蜜环菌菌索总多糖含量最高,云南滇滩蜜环菌菌索总多糖含量最低,且总多糖含量的变幅为0.35%~1.75%。

     

    Abstract: To develop a ultraviolet(UV)-spectrophotometry method for the content determination of total polysaccharides and total terpenes in Armillaria mellea.The content of total polysaccharides and total terpenes in the shoestring of Armillaria mellea was determined by sulfuric acid-phenol colorimetry and vanillin-glacial acetic acid colorimetry. The method is simple and feasible and also can be used to determine total polysaccharides and total terpenes content in the shoestring of Armillaria mellea. It has a certain significance for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Armillaria mellea in different producing areas. The results: The content of total terpenes of Armillaria mellea collected from Zhaotong, Yunnan Province is the highest, and from Jinzhai, Anhui Province is the lowest. The total terpenes content fluctuates between 1.3% and 3.0%. The total polysaccharides content of Armillaria mellea was the highest in Yichang, Hubei Province and was the lowest in Yunnan. The total polysaccharides content ranged from 0.35% to 1.75%.
