Abstract: As a technical means to resist natural disasters such as flood and drought，farmland water conservancy project has always been an important guarantee for farmers to increase their production and income.From perspectives of farmland irrigation technology，drainage technology and irrigation area management technology，the above three aspects were explored and studied to improve existing engineering facilities.
