外源海藻糖对生菜根系生长的影响

Effect of Exogenous Trehalose on Root Growth of Lettuce

  • 摘要: 分析不同浓度海藻糖对生菜根系生长的影响情况,结果表明,随着海藻糖浓度的增加,根活力、根系表面积、体积、根尖数、生长素和细胞分裂素均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,根总长和赤霉素呈现逐渐降低的趋势,海藻糖促进生菜根系生长的最适浓度为15 mmol/L。

     

    Abstract: The effects of different concentrations of trehalose on the growth of lettuce roots were analyzed.Results showed that with increase of trehalose concentration,root vitality,root surface area,volume,root tip number,auxin and cytokinin all increased first and then decreased,and total root length and gibberellin showed a gradual decrease.The optimum concentration of trehalose to promote growth of lettuce roots was 15 mmol/L.
